Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription plan selected. Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. Upon approved refund, your subscription will be immediately cancelled and premium access will be revoked. After 7 days, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Upon cancellation (without refund), you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. Plan Changes: You may upgrade your plan at any time with immediate effect. Downgrades are subject to the following restrictions: (1) Maximum of 2 downgrades allowed within any 30-day period; (2) Annual subscriptions cannot be downgraded within the first 7 days. These limits help prevent abuse and ensure fair pricing for all users. Note: Cancellation and refund are different - cancellation alone does not entitle you to a refund after the 7-day guarantee period.
All content on HanziVerse, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, character data, stroke animations, course materials, and software, is the property of HanziVerse or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Our service is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Your use of the service is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HanziVerse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
