How do I register?

Visit the login page. You can register with email or log in with GitHub/Google social accounts.

What if I forget my password?

On the login page, click "Forgot Password", enter your email, and we'll send a reset link.

How do I delete my account?

Visit Settings > Security and click "Delete Account". Note: This action is irreversible and all your data will be permanently deleted.

We don't currently restrict multi-device login, so you can share with family. However, learning records and progress won't be separated.

How many characters are available?

We currently have 3500+ commonly used characters, covering HSK levels 1-6 and daily use.

Is my progress saved?

Yes. As long as you're logged in, all learning progress and quiz records are automatically saved and synced.

Can I use it offline?

Currently not supported. Internet connection is required to access the platform.

What device do I need for Air-Dotting?

A device with a camera (computer or tablet). We recommend using it in a well-lit environment.

Subscription & Payment

Is the free version enough?

For beginners, the free version is sufficient to experience core features. Upgrading unlocks more courses and features.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Can I get a refund?

Full refund is available within 7 days of subscription. Please contact support.

What payment methods are accepted?

We process payments through Stripe, supporting credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and more.

Features

Does Idiom Wordle update daily?

Yes, the daily challenge updates at midnight. Random mode has unlimited plays.

Can I repeat completed courses?

Yes. Each course can be repeated unlimited times. The system records each completion.
